My work is centered on facilitating customized, interactive experiences designed to address specific team challenges. 

Drawing on a Master of Science in Leadership and over 20 years of Fortune 100 experience, I facilitate high-impact leadership team development programs and provide direct, one-on-one Executive Coaching for CEOs and their leadership teams.

•  The True Colors Personality Assessment:  We use a True Colors®-based framework to give your team a simple, common language to understand diverse personalities and work styles, creating the foundation for more effective communication.

2. Applied Collaboration Exercises:

Based on the insights gathered from the diagnostics, we then design and facilitate a series of hands-on exercises. These are not generic activities; they are targeted challenges designed specifically to address the areas that require the most work. This includes:

• The Helium Stick Challenge: A classic exercise we use to expose and correct flawed communication patterns in real-time.
• A suite of Customized Team Challenges:  Interactive exercises tailored to your team's specific needs and requirements.
