Julius Csizmazia built JULIUS TEAM BUILDING on a single conviction: a team that experiences something remarkable together works together differently on Monday.
He designs and personally delivers leadership team development, executive retreats, and keynotes for companies in Jacksonville and nationwide — every one built around live magic he performs himself, in the room, inches from your people.
The magic earns him something every meeting fights for: total attention. Phones go down. Skeptics lean in. And in the moment the whole room sees the same impossible thing, Julius shows a team what they missed, what they assumed, and how they operate when no one is scripting it. People laugh, drop their guard, and talk to each other — then they see their own team clearly.
Teams at Mayo Clinic, Kraft Heinz, Ericsson, TNB Financial, Paysafe, and the University of Florida have trusted him with their rooms.

Julius has studied how people pay attention his entire life — first as a biology student at Yale, then across two decades in enterprise sales at AT&T and Comcast, where the highest-stakes rooms taught him how teams win and lose.
No one assigned him the leadership work. He built it anyway. At AT&T he created leadership and communication programs that drew management at every level. At Comcast he co-founded the company's Toastmasters chapter, served as its President, and ran sales-quality workshops across teams — years of developing leaders before it became his profession.
He holds a Master of Science in Management from National Louis University. A former NYC All-City quarterback, he has spent his life inside teams — reading them, leading them, and learning what makes one move as a unit.
Then he wrote the book: THE INVISIBLE TAX: Execution Architecture (UNLEARN Press, 2026). Its leadership principles run quietly underneath every experience he builds.
Annual meeting, leadership offsite, sales kickoff, quarterly review, or any occasion where your team is together — Julius builds the experience you want.
