He designs and personally delivers leadership team development, executive retreats, and keynotes for companies in Jacksonville and nationwide. Each one is built around live magic he performs himself, in the room, close to your people.
Live magic gives the room one shared experience. Julius uses it to examine what people missed, what they assumed, and how differently they read the same moment. People often laugh and start talking to each other. Then the conversation turns to their own team.
Past clients include Mayo Clinic, Kraft Heinz, Ericsson, TNB Financial, Paysafe, and the University of Florida.
Julius’s background
Biology at Yale. Two decades at AT&T and Comcast. Years of studying how people pay attention.
Julius has long studied how people pay attention, first as a biology student at Yale and then across roughly two decades at AT&T and Comcast.
He took on leadership work on his own initiative. At AT&T he organized and ran leadership and communication sessions that drew people from every level of the company. At Comcast he co-founded the company’s Toastmasters chapter, served as its President, and ran sales-quality workshops. He was doing leadership and communication work long before it became his profession.
He holds a Master of Science in Management from National Louis University. A former NYC All-City quarterback, he has spent his life inside teams: reading them, leading them, and learning what makes one move as a unit.
He also wrote THE INVISIBLE TAX: Execution Architecture (2026), and its leadership principles shape the experiences he builds.
