Julius's background

Before founding JULIUS TEAM BUILDING, Julius spent two decades inside large enterprises, leading communication and leadership programs at companies including AT&T and Comcast.

He studied biology at Yale and holds a Master of Science in Management from National Louis University.

He's also the author of THE INVISIBLE TAX: Execution Architecture (UNLEARN Press, 2026) — and the leadership principles in it run quietly underneath the experiences he builds.

A former NYC All-City quarterback, Julius has spent his life around teams — and he builds his programs around what actually brings one together.
